Butternut Squash, cauliflower and tomato soup

1 Butternut squash cubed and cooked
1/2 cauliflower cubed and cooked
2 tomatoes cubed
3 Green onions
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper
Fresh basil

Saute Green onions and garlic in butter then add tomato and cooked until really soft. Add the cauliflower and the squash, mix well then put in blender and puree. Put back in the pot at medium heat add the milk and salt and pepper. Taste all the time and add more milk for your taste and texture. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with fresh basil. We all love the soup, it's like a potato soup put much more healthy. Kids love love love it. Enjoy! Great way to give veggies to your kids!
